Online Play is where this game shines.
REO2 is recommend to be played online period, playing single player is like playing alone with 2 AI carrying stuff for you. I admit single player sucks for this game.
REO is dead, you can see less than 10 people on and barely can play a game with anyone, now in REO2, they did something to the server ( think they merge them ) and now you can see 80~150 people online most of the time. Most player are locate in Free area ( where normal games is hosted )
and infinite mode. I have no problem finding a game for me to play.
Gameplay is much better, can you guys move and shoot in RE4????????? WELL I CAN. I gotta love this improvement. The 5 mission is ok, just like REO1, but the extra 6 mission or I rather call them minigame is what I enjoy most. Showdown is where you have to fight bosses to win. You spawn with items and weapons and you just blast away, Elimination is where you have to hunt all the enemy down before time runs out.
Graphic is the same, no improvement and some of file 1 area is used, which is cool IMO because it kinda give you a hint how the mission link to each other.
Sound is yet again the same, with some changes to some char and npc voice. Nothing interesting.
You can buy this game in any bargain bin or if not, 20 dollars US.
Overall this game is only fun online.
