Resident Evil outbreak has returned with more levels to play. Just as resident evil 1 outbreak did, it has more events of raccoon city, playing from one of the citizens. It's just the same as the first one and for true resident evil fans, its a good game for the series. For the non gamers it would be less appealing with the loading times and the camera view feels dated when resident evil 4 has been released.
The music in the game is still the best as file 1 so that would keep you happy. Each character has a more in-depth story plot and you get to find out what happens in each character's epilogues.
Overall its a good game to play but other people will think otherwise.
