The game plays pretty much the same as other RE games. However, many good and bad changes have been made into the game. First, you can play it online with other people. I don't have HDD, I can't tell you how online mode feels like. However, I can pretty much tell from just playing it in single mode. I don't think the online play experience would be too different from offline since the game is really not competitive. Second, since you have a few partners in each secnario, this can sometimes be a pain, especially when you let your partner keep a key item for you and he or she will trade it for a stupid stick or something completely useless. And why are there only X item slots? A good change is the control, the joystick works very well.This is the only thing that makes the game good! the graphics looks way way better than code veronica. Although it can't compare to the main RE series on GC, it is good enough. There are a fair amount of CG cut-scenes. Some of them really bring back memories from previous RE episodes. However, most of them are pretty short.I am kind impressed by the graphics of the game. However, the gameplay really really killed most of my joy for the game. Plus, the story of each scenario isn't really that interesting.
