A fairly good game for resident evil fans.

User Rating: 8 | BioHazard Outbreak (PlayStation 2 the Best) PS2
Resident evil outbreak has resident evil gameplay mechanic and graphic, considering the fixed camera angle and the enemies. This game is likely a small spin-off of resident evil because so far the game outcome does not affect the main resident evil story.
You are given a handful ammount of characters and a few scenarios. All the characters have different characteristic and specialty which is a good thing considering replay value. You have to play one scenario to unlock another. The minus for this game is the virus meter. Basically in the game you have a virus meter that displays the percentage of infection in a character's body, when the infection rate hit 100, you are dead, the meter is always going up, but slowly (depends on the character).
After you've chosen a scenario and select your character, you always accompanied by two other characters (controlled by AI). You can then share supplies with them but overall you have no control of your team mates and they usually wander around and come back injured. The good thing about having team mates is that when you are wounded seriously, you collapse and cannot get up on your own (unless you have herbs with you), then your virus meter goes up extremely fast, a team mate will come and get you up and your meter will slow down. The virus meter is a big drag because you do not have a chance to explore and take your time.
Multiplayer is ok, it could be good but you cannot communicate with other players at all, just like playing with smarter AI.
Overall hardcore fans of RE should get this game IF you can get it for cheap, this game is not worth $15 because it will be over before you know it and there's no feature in this game that really shines.
