A remake that brings out the true features of a game and bringing high expectations for the nest Resident Evil game...
The City or Raccoon city is a nice quiet mid-western city. Until several missing people reports & people being attacked by mysterious creatures. The Reports keep coming that packs of mutated people attacking innocent people being bitten and eaten. Then the RPD (Raccoon Police Department) decided to do something they sent their special tactics. The special tactics team is called STARS. The team consist of two different teams Bravo & Alpha team. They Sent the Bravo team in to scope out the Raccoon city Forest. The team lost contact with the RPD. So the RPD decided to send in the Alpha team to investigate the forest and find the missing bravo team. So the adventure begins. The Gameplay in Resident Evil is simple but challenging. You collect keys & do puzzles to unlock doors & Progress threw the game. Also you manage your ammo so you can make it threw the game. The game teaches you only to kill certain enemies so you can save your ammo. This game you also have to watch every step you make because there always an enemy willing to chew on your nice delicious skin. The game does features puzzles like all Resident Evil games. There aren’t any hard puzzles in the game but there are a couple that you leave scratching your head. The game progress with game cinemas and cut scenes. This remake is definitely better than the Original game. The Graphics in Resident Evil is the best we seen so far on the gamecube. The Characters are really detailed and very pretty. The Cinemas are another beautiful sight to see. The game is really detailed for a GCN Game. Even in the game when you stab a zombie with a dagger blood will seen flying out of zombie’s head. This game is very detailed and pretty plain and simple. The Mansion dark and spooky atmosphere add a great classic horror look to it. The sound in resident evil is a realistic at that. From gunshots to moaning zombies the sound in RE very pleasant and scary at the same time. The moody music fits the game very well in Resident Evil. The Music Fits Resident Evil very well. Resident Evil features two different characters to choose and a total 12 Endings. There are also unlockable costumes & unlockable modes. So there is a quite a bit of replay value to Resident Evil. The single player experience is a hard one and a long one at that. I would highly reccommend this to any survival horror fan. *this was the first GameCube game to have two discs*
Cover Artwork~B-~ Pretty good in a scary way, but if it was not for that it would be nothing at all.
