RE was the first in one of the most popular gaming genre's around today. for that biohazard must be respected. but biohazard in all it's gory glory wasn't released here. Resident evil was, so when we were promised a director's cut with a higher esrb rating and the blood we missed out on many fans were ecstatic. some even hoped we might get a new set of voice actor's to replace wholly laughable voice track of the original release. well it would appear luck was not on our side.
not only did we get the horrible voice acting back, but we were completely denied the changes promised. the esrb sanctioned the release anyway and any content that would have made it worth re-buying the game was sanctioned along with it. what a waste.
