RE DS has gotten many mixed reactions. People are saying that the controls are ruining it. The controls are akward but okay when you get used to it. And some people complain about the graphics. Sure, some of the character models are akward but the backgrounds are pretty well done for 1996. Plus it is a retro game. It has many good points. It combines fun shooting with interesting puzzles. The voice acting is terrible. Just terrible. But that's one of the great things. It makes the game VERY fun to play. Resident Evil DS is a great experience for anyone with a DS. If you played this and decided you don't like Resident Evil games, you're missing a hell of a lot in Resident Evil 4.
