An amazing game and the best in the series.

Being a huge fan of resistance: Fall of Man and Resistance 2, I went into this game with high expectations, fortunately I was not at all disappointed.

You play as Joseph Capelli one of the few humans still alive, as you journey to New York to destroy a huge Chimeran tower. Insomniac did a fantastic job creating the environments for resistance 3 and it really feels as though you're journeying across a destroyed Earth, which you are.

The gameplay is fantastic and thank god the weapon wheel is back. I'll now do a quick overview of the pros and cons

Pros:
Great level design
Great gameplay
Interesting story
Fantastic multiplayer

Cons:
No huge scale battles from R1 and R2
Characters can be 2 dimensional

Despite its few flaws resistance 3 is an amazing game and a fitting end to a great series.
