Like others have said, your experience with this game will depend very much on your teammates. The objectives are very well thought out on all the maps, and very entertaining to accomplish or try to defend...but, if you're stuck with a group of people who have no idea what they're trying to do, and just run around aimlessly shooting people, it can become very frustrating. On the other hand, I've been stuck playing for hours with a great team that keeps me engaged. Graphics and sound aren't spectacular, but definitely good enough. I recommend this game wholeheartedly to everyone...but spend some time in a server by yourself learning all the objectives before you jump in to the team play!! Your teammates and myself will thank you.
