Rise of the Argonauts

A great oportunity to get into the Jason and the Argonauts mythic story!

The game starts with a great visual effects presentation and very nice story that puts you on the position of Jason, leader of the Argonauts, close friend of Hercules and King of Iolcus. During the storyline you can interact with all the characters that Homer's tale made alive like Deadalus, Medea, Medusa, Perseus, Alceme, Achilles, Pan, the Delphi Oracle and, of course, the mighty Gods of Olympus.
Despite the great story, Rise of the Argonauts has a hard to play controls. If you don't have a joystick and have to play with mouse and keyboards, you're in trouble.
The visuals are great and you travel trough lots of nice venues, the fight moves, however, are repetitive and needed more work to make it nice.
Overall is a nice game, has it problems, but I'm a great fan of Homer's tales and Greek mythology, so, to me, it was an amazing experience!
