It would have been great to have a functional multiplayer experience... but it has too many bugs.
All the problems stem from the fact that when a player decides to leave mid game (which is almost always the case) the computer doesn't take over for him. It just leaves his land and armies there and skips his turn. It ruins the whole game.
Also, if a player leaves in the middle of his turn, it FREEZES the game on his turn, effectively ending the game.
Nothing is more frustrating than playing for almost an hour to have the game stuck on an absent players turn when there are still other players in the room that want to finish the game. To me this is a fatal flaw. I will never play this game on xbox live again.
