Screw other reviews, this game was actually pretty good. It had above average graphics for the time, excluding Halo. It had decent gameplay, and very good sound. It had two key elements, the classic Invids, and the robotech changing, only 2 forms though. you recieved a homing missile using bike form, and a mech like battle suit form. the story however was pretty convoluted, and took a whole lot of effort to grasp, since you recieve the beginning of the overall story at the end, the middle at the beginning, and the beginning at the middle. you have to piece it together, from all corners. You play on a variety of levels, from battlefield to snowfield in the poles, to swamps in what looks to be a nuked Lousiana. You also play in 5 or so different suits, between sstealth ones, to ones that give you the vague resembalance of a walking tank, and thats pretty acurate. So to hell with other reviews, it was decent. it only had a few months to be made, so think on it, they made this good game in about 4 months. But i will say this, its better to rent, except for now when a used copy is like 10 bucks... buy it my god.....
