Never before has Rock Band been on PSP. And it never will be this great again!
We have never seen this sort of game on the PSP before and we might never see it from Guitar Hero's side either. Rock Band: UnPlugged brings the fun of the Rock Band franchise to the PSP and makes it more fun than ever bringeing a game on the road. There is lots of great songs from great artist like Pearl Jam, Jimmy Eat World, Foo Fighters, 3 Doors Down and more.
When I first bought it I could not understand why there wheren't any instruments in the pack, but then i figured out you don't need any.
The only dull thing in the game is the vocals, which is played like any other instrument and really makes a little wierd to play, but you are getting used to it.
The World Tour mode is the same as from the console versions of the game. It is all about getting all the songs and setlist's done on the highest possible rating. Quickplay is also that way. You have extra's brought to the game like a mode where you only play one instrument or Band Survival Mode, where you have to play all instruments and not fail. This is pretty hard because the notes never stop coming, so you have to be pretty fast to even complete a song on anything other than easy.
In the Music Store you can buy DLC and get the songs you want and it is updated every week. Harmonix and MTV Games really now how to keep a game going long after it's release.
There are no multiplayer modes so it can be a little boring just playing Quickplay. When you are getting tired of the game, you will put it down for a day or so and then you wanna play again. If you are the type to buy all DLC, you will have a almost everlasting game on your hands.
I would recommend this game for anyone who is a fan of the Rock Band series or just want an innovative game in their hands.
