Rogue Galaxy is another RPG that has had arguably the same effect on me than FFXII. You start off as a kid named Jaster who, dreams of going to space.Rogue Galaxy has excellent sound, excellent gameplay and great graphics. Graphics:Great graphics, makes everything look even better. Detailed environments, and beatiful NPCs. If there ever was as good looking a game it would have to be FFXII. Although to compare the two in graphics isn't fair, since they employ different techniques. Sound: Excellent classical and somewhat opera music. I have never heard a game to date with as good music as Rogua Galaxy has. Most games make me turn my Ipod on so I can have something good to listen too, but not Rogue Galaxy. Gameplay: Another strong point of Rogue Galaxy is its gameplay. The gameplay is executed extremely well and leaves you wondering if it was possible to be better. Then you have the weapon fusion system which helps the game go on without having to constantly upgrade your weaponry. I am also an avid supporter of non random battles, but once again Level-5 makes me like random battles and not care at all. Story: Rogue Galaxy's story is also good. It is somewhat obvious, but Level-5 makes it work well so even if there aren't many surprises, it is still a good story. Overall:10/10 no contest. This game is as good as Final Fantasy XII with its own touch.I hope they make a sequel to it.
