No Complaints About this Game; I Never Doubted Level 5, This Game Shows the PS2 Still Has a Future

User Rating: 10 | Rogue Galaxy PS2
At first glance this game blew me away, right when I pressed "new game" I thought I was in video game heaven. First off, the Cinematics are beautiful and captivating; very well done and prismatic. Secondly, the battle system is very organized and creative, I like the fact that the game randomly generates enemies and items are randomly dropped depending on the enemy. Furthurmore, the idea of "maxing out" an item and combining it with another using a FROG is the coolest thing since buttered toast. The storyline is original and keeps you going and wanting more. One of the best feature of Rogue Galaxy is the side quest/side mission the Insectron Tournament: catch and take care of insects and battle with them in a unique layout. The music is stunning along with the perfect voice acting. The character, weapon, item, and world models are fantastic and make the gaming experience all the more better. Rogue Galaxy is a suberb RPG that should not be missed and would be foolish if passed up. Level 5 promised me a great game and I took their word and waited, then they gifted me with this heavenly game...they have my trust. There are only two attributes I would of liked to have seen which are: one, day/night sequences and two, the ability similar to maxing out weapons and combining them, but with armor that will decrease damage done to the player or somthing of that sort. GREAT JOB LEVEL 5!!!
