First off, I've never heard of Rogue Trooper or the comic book that it's based on until recently. Now that I've had some time to play the game, it's been a great experience. You play as Rogue, a supersoldier made to be able to take out armies by yourself. Rogue is big, blue and is a blast to play with. The action in Rogue Trooper is intence, there are tons of enemies to kill and various ways to accomplish that. You can simply gun them down with any of your weapons, or preform a kill move, which is much more stylised. The actual gameplay is quite enjoyable. The shooting is frantic and the one man army mentality helps when it's just you gunning down a hord of enemies. In addition to the suposively short single-player, Rogue Trooper features a co-op multiplayer mode offline with one friend or on Xbox Live with up to four. These modes are quite fun, but there aren't many maps to play online, well, as far as I've seen... The bottom line is that this is an intence action game that is great fun and worth shelling out $30 bucks for.

Gameplay: Frantic shooting, kill moves and being a one-man army make Rogue Trooper a fun and somewhat original shooter.

Graphics: I never really expected Rogue Trooper to be a good looking game, but it is!

Sound: The sound effects are above average and the VOs in single-player are well done.

Value: It's $30, but that's not a bad price for a solid game of this quality.

Final Thoughts: Rogue Trooper isn't a deep game, but it's a solid shooter that you'll have a blast playing. I reccomend that you pick up Rogue Trooper!
