Now in all fairness I have not played this series since Part IV, but I am in love. I played the original on nintendo and was instantly hooked (yes Im that old). The graphics on this is by far the best they have ever been. The game itself is very addictive and non stop enjoyable. I love that you can build up your defenses before the thought of war even occurs ( Think Age of Empires). The game is enjoyably hard, not so much that you dont stand a chance , but to the effect that you better hit the ground running. There is not easing into it, they are coming for you. I LOVE IT. I m sure there is some flaw to this game, but I have not found them yet. Even the very cool and detailed window for all units can get in you way but that is even collapsible.
The only thing that sucks is the time I am not Playing Im wishing I were.
