Anyone who has a lot of patience and imagination should pick up RPG Maker 3.

Although I haven't played any of the other RPG Maker games, I can probably say with asurance that this is the best game making product on any console to date. The game allows any person to make a decent RPG, and craft the storyline, make the weapons, armors, monsters and etc. But sadly, the things you can make are...rather limited. To date I have made 3 games, all of which seem to feel completely the same. The graphics are good looking, and most of the music checks out okay, but some of the tune are vastly annoying. Thank god you get to select the music.
Mostly the great thing about the game is that you can create your own diverse games, and it is still possible to add slightly innovative gameplay.
i.e: I made a game, of which your sword levels up if you beat a certain monster.
Either way, the game is an enjoyable creation tool to any who has patience and imagination.
