The game is very good, I'm not a fan of MMORPGs but got incredibly addicted to this game and its community of players. You can ask any question in game or in the forums and there is always someone willing to assist you, even in some cases there are experienced players offering to help newcomers.

As it is a free game you should not expect very much development, the game is developed, run and moderated by volunteers exclusively, so there is no one devoted exclusively to the game. However, the game keeps running and some minor tweaking is made as time allows it. Overall it is a great experience, and after playing it free for a copule of months I feel it is worthy to donate USD 50 to the game (some items are given as a reward for the donations) to help contribute with the development.
