Finally a new geo-political simulator - sadly Rulers of Nations was poorly done

User Rating: 2.5 | Rulers of Nations: Geopolitical Simulator 2 PC
PRO
-only successor to Superpowers 2 i.e. no other good geo-political simulators on the market (that I'm aware of)
-a lot of great data put together for the game: accurate statistics, they even have the flags and names of the individual territories in most countries of the world, national anthems, etc. At least they did this right.
-relative realism
-ability to fine tune a lot! (however the interface is frustrating making fine-tuning very time consuming)

CON
-overall, very annoying game
-unable to make any major changes without being ejected from office within a matter of days (a couple minutes in the game) - no way to protect self from impeachment or accidental death (my leaders get systematically stabbed to death at state fairs - game over for no reason)
-obnoxious characters in the game with annoyingly poor English (please stop outsourcing this stuff)
-annoying and useless popups which cannot be turned off
-and SO many more downsides

Conclusion - do not buy this game. It is embarrassing to the genre.
