Runescape , to me, is one of my favorite games. I know that a lot of people criticize it for having "bad graphics" but in my own opinion, graphics don't make the game, the gameplay does. Obviously I would enjoy Runescape a little bit more if the graphics were upgraded, but you must remember that you are playing the game straight out of your internet browser and off the Java console. It is not its completely different program on your computer which a lot of people tend to forget that. Its sad that those people who think this game is crap cannot play for awhile and level up and then realize its a good game once you actually beat Tutorial Island which is where people start and most people call it crap from that point. I am now upgrading my score from an 8.6 to a perfect 10 because it is an addicting game that has in-depth quests and is a fun game. Obviously it doesn't compare to World of Warcraft or The Elder Scroll IV: Oblivion but just because you may like those games the best doesn't mean you should crap on Runescape as if it were nothing. Give it at least a weak and make some friends to help you then maybe you will stop being a shallow gamer and see a game in it.
