RuneScape is one of the most addicting games you will ever play. When i first played (when the graphics were worst) there was no music or sounds(sounds were only members back then). it was jus a repetive clicking game. But i noticed i started to play more and more. and put more hours into the game. From that point i was hooked, there were so many skills...i mean very few games are as realistic as runescape. People before first complained bout the graphics, and it was ignorant to me because these people never spent more then 24 hours on the game (im not talking about straight through). Runescape is unique, no story behind it.....but its not meant to have one.....its meant for you to enjoy yourself. I mean you dont even have to fight to become rich.....theres fishing, mining, smithing, cooking, woodcuting, firemaking, crafting, and for members its all those skills plus more.
This game will teach you economic skills also, you will learn what you should sell at what prce, and whats good to you. There Are so many ways to become successful in that game. I know some of you are thinking, this is just a hardcore fan speaking...but.....explain how runescape has the most severs out of any mmorpg (100 servers). So its not just me...THIS IS A GOOD GAME. If u are hooked on other mmorpg's......then this game might not be for you, because the first thing your gonna do is compare, and that would turn you away.
I also would like to Point out the fun of Pk'ing. When you attack someone you get a skull over your head meaning if you die you lose all your items (and if u die without a skull u keep ur 3 most valuable items that arent stackable.). Im going to conclude with this is a very fun game to try....some people like it off the bat. im not goning to sit here and say all the good points. you will have to play and find out =)
