Too short, easy puzzles, good for a couple hours, check your library or bargain bin.

User Rating: 5.5 | Safecracker: The Ultimate Puzzle Challenge! DS
First of all, this game is rather barren. Not a whole lot to explore, not that much puzzles to solve. The visuals are okay, if lifeless. The music is nothing special, the sound effects are stock material and repetitive.

The puzzles themselves are reasonably varied and original, but there are still a few repeated puzzles, and a couple that don't go above "find the key (in another safe)". The difficulty ranges from easy to medium.

The story is barely-there, told through notes only. You are a safe cracker, specialized in safes, and it's your duty to find the will of a rich eccentric millionaire. Throughout the mansion are scattered notes, which are supposed to be clues to the ending. No spoilers on what happens, but it's not terribly amazing or surprising.

All in all, the story is weak, the puzzles are enjoyable, making this a fun little time waster, if you can get it cheap enough.
