It's not the Saints Row that I know.
The world in SR3 seems to be interactive but it's not. SR3's customization is lesser than in SR2 where can you buy houses, pick if your clothes should be tucked or not, pick you walking style, buy food and drugs have facial reactions and more.
In SR3 they have more marked activities but all of them are just the same. They've taken out a lot of fun activities like when you'll be a cop and arrest crazy people, protect a celebrity,RACES,throwing poop in buildings and more.
SR3's have lesser store. There are no jewelry stores, git shops, restaurants,Music Store, forgive n' forget and you can't anymore rob a store.
The missions in SR3 are boring (most of them) it just seems fun and crazy but it doesn't make sense and not relevant which is not actually cool. The story far worse than the old SR at least in SR2 you can feel the trouble the Saints are having because it has a good emotion unlike SR3 which is just full of sex joke and offending jokes which is not cool sometimes.
The only good thing this game has is graphics and upgrades but the sounds especially the radio? It's not good.
THQ and Volision thinks they are in the right track being all wild and crazy but for me it's wrong. Just like what angry joe said, SR is fun for being balance and all around where there is a right amount of craziness and realism. SR 3 is not totally bad but it's not as fun,inter-active and well designed game. The story is not that good and so as the visuals, sounds and customization. for the new SR fans they would think its the best but for me it's not because they forgot what good about SR. IT should be fun, wild funny in any kind of subject not just racism but the story should be moving or have emotions that will make you want to play it more. the city should have more customization and inter-action (in SR2 you even get to have a hoing activity). SR3 is not the best SR because it's forgeting whats good SR.
