Samurai Spirits Best Collection is a pack including Samurai Shodown III: Blades of Blood and Samurai Shodown IV: Amakusa's Revenge. It was released exclusively for the Sega Saturn in Japan. The darker third installment from the Garapagos team features many new characters and more lethal specials. Full of traditional influences from Japanese culture in the presentation, costumes, weapons and atmospheric koto music. SNK also delivers to the Saturn an arcade perfect conversion of the fourth instalment of its eastern inspired fight fest. Spine tingling atmospherics set by the excellent oriental orchestral score.
