Just what I expected ! But it leaves me wanting some more... oh BEWARE its VERY ADDICTIVE!
Thats why I knew exacly what was Samurai Warriors 2 Empires going to be like. When I first got Dynasty Warriors 5 i absolutly loved it! I have always dreamed of fighting in a medieval war when I saw movies or read about it.. and when I played a game that you actually feel the right moves to it... its JUST to good to be true! Okay enough.. now for my review:
Gameplay: Alright! Gameplay is better than Samurai Warrior 2 cause now you get to be any genera for any map that you like.. the skills are more organized and there are also more characters for you to choose... also there is a Character Creation mode where you can create an awesome character wich its own unique abilities. As you may know this games gameplay is awesome.. you slash your way through the enemy army using your especific weapon abilities and combining them through button smashing.. wich is very entertaining! It also has special skills, special abilities, special co-op abilities wich are by far the best! Also you can ride horse.. use horse abiltities... release a LOT of secret things... like characters, story modes, videos, weapons, skills, abilities, more combos, diferent outfits, super horses, secret all around strategy skills ... jeez its a lot of stuff... but so you get the point ..the gameplay is COOL! 9.0
Graphics: Nothing improved from the Samurai Warriors 2 game.. but its graphic is already cool... yes i know its not that good... but i loved it.. you get to see each enemy wichout lagg, the special abilities graphic is awesome and the envioroment itself is very appealing... ofcourse it leaves us wanting a LOT more... but its okay.. i like it anyway. 8.0
Sound: Overall the same music from Samurai Warriors 1 and 2.. wich are awesome .. you get the feel the right envioroment from battles as from japan and from action.. but i think the music in this game leaves the player wanting more.. so sometimes when i just wanna slash some noobies i put my ipod on and play.... hehe. 8.0
Value: Well this game is awesome its the sequence to Samurai Warriors 2, wich is a perfect game.. but here in this game you get to fight your way through a more strategic way.... using varios map abilties, special powers, deciding moves and all around good stuff... heres where you really understand how the rulling was in japan... its really cool! I recomend it to anyone who played SW2 and liked it.. get this game... and anyone looking for a beat-em-up game with a sense of strategy... also for anyone who is just crazy about japan and this series of history that happened! YEAH! 8.5
