A fun cut em' up with some cool cutscenes and just a whole bunch of fun!!!

Here could be one of the more underrated games of the year. The story, which is something right out of the old west is about a samurai on his quest for vengence. This is unlike most games you will play today. The setting, the old west, and boy is it some fun. Upgrades to your character, fun boss fights, and a neat mode where when you gain enough kills you go into some sort of bezerk mode where you will chop bodies in half and take of limbs. The game is like Kill Bill, but in the old west. The graphics, while they are nothing you've never seen before then more than get the job done. Some very nice special effects and cool blood spray make this game unlike a lot of the things being done today. The textures are decent and the character models are more than sufficent. There are some clipping issues, but it will not be hard to look past some of this games flaws. The sound, they have a neat little spaghetti western like soundtrack. Something you would hear in a old Clint Eastwood movie, and wistle along too, a nice campy sound. The slashes and blood spray are right out of the old samurai movies of the 60's. The slicing sound, the scream and the blood spray make this game sound pretty good. Overall this is just one underrated game, it's fun to play, and while it can get a little repetive, more often than not it is just a lot of fun. If you enjoy old westerns, samurai movies, or just good old fashion hack n slash fun, this game is for you. Enjoy!
