Sanitarium was a very entertaining game. The creative visuals and good voice acting are great for an old school adventure game. I was suprised at how interesting and thought out the storyline was for an adventure game. As far as the storyline goes I would say its a cross between Jacobs Ladder and Silent Hill. I'm not going to go into detail because I don't want to spoil anything. The puzzles are not difficult to figure out but there was a ton of dialogue between characters. Overall its a must play game that will not take too long to complete with an interesting story and likeable characters.
