Let me just start by saying this game is very hard, at first. Once you play it for a while and get the strategic mindset you need, its only a little challenging. I spent alot of time on this game in vengeance mode. A mode that you must survive as many waves of aliens as you can before finally being overwhelmed by them. This way, the fun lasts much longer than with the regular game mode where you only have to survive for a limited amount of time to win. Compared to other games of this style, SM surpasses all. The graphics, many different weapons, myriad of enemies and upgrades sets this one apart from the rest. While challenging, and nearly impossible at times, this game maintains a high level of entertainment value. I cant seem to get enough of it. Especially the expansion pack. There have been times when I stood up and yelled "That's right you stupid aliens, i'm better than you!" You'll love it, i'm sure.
