The game captures the atmosphere of Saw, but is lacking in other areas, but it's still a good game.

I have been playing Saw, and I've not quite completed it yet, but I'm close. You play the part of Tapp, the cop from the first movie (played by Danny Glover, who looks nothing like the character in the game) as Jigsaw tests him in an abandoned Insane Asylum.

The game is pretty good, it has alot of the traps and tricks you see in the Saw movies. The jawbreaker, the tripwire shotgun, and many others. There are puzzles, you have to do them a little too much, but they are interesting. Some of the puzzles are too simple, others are pretty hard.

They do this part where you have to plunge your hand into the toilet with syringes with needles, and it's pretty stupid doing it again and again especially when many of the times you don't have to rush to get the clue from the toilet, plus it doesn't cost you much or any health doing it.

The voices are great, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The combat is horrible.. you can win all your fights with your fists, and with the exception of the gun, you don't need any other weapons.

So I want to finish the game, because on the level of movie/tv show games, this one is one of the best. (Mostly cuz the others are so awful) As a game though, this one is good, but you would enjoy it more if you are a fan of the Saw earlier movies. (1, 2,3)
