Scribblenauts is a wonderful game that will hook you with the option to type anything and watch it appear. The game has a lot of good things such as, the puzzle levels, its addictiveness, and the millions of ways to solve one problem. However, sometimes I find myself accidentally walking into lava or a spike pit because of its touch screen only controls which can be frustrating. Also, the action levels aren't really fun compared to the puzzle ones. In almost every action level you'll find yourself reusing the same words like wings, jetpack, gun, sword, Cthulhu, God, T-rex, ect. Anytime there's a monster in the way all you really have to do is type in Cthulhu and he'll kill it or just keep typing any animal or person in until its dead. Also, in the shop you can buy different characters with "ollars" you earn but none of them look that good accept for maybe the pirate and zombie. But here's the good side the puzzle levels make up for the action levels. There's lots of merit badges which are like achievements. Many funny things like tying the star you need to get to an atheist then putting God by him so he runs and drags it to you. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with scribblenauts though i think the hype was a bit too much.
