The Bad:
-Healing-Psy-Power makes the Game pretty easy
First off,I expected nothing from the Game.I´m a big fan of Timesplitters 2,so I thought I just rent it and look what Free Radical has done.The next 2 days I was caught up in one of the best Storylines I´ve ever played.
The Game itself uses the Psy-Powers of the Character most of the time for solving puzzles,which is IMO a good thing.You got the option to throw a piece of Metal on the Head of the Enemy,drop it somewhere to let him take a look in that direction and maybe investigate it or just kill him directly.
The Story is just awesome!I can´t tell much of it without spoiling,but trust me,you don´t know what´s really going on till the last Bossfight!
The Graphics are in the usual Free-Radical-Style so you can compare it to TimeSplitters 2 or TimeSplitters : Future Perfect.Everyones is good animated and using all aspects of the pretty own Style.
The Soundtrack fits well at every point and is very well composed to the end.
So...:
If you want a Action-Game with sneaking and Psy-Powers,plus a good Storyline,get this one!
If even the bit of sneaking is nothing for you and you´re more out for an Action-only-Game with Psy-Powers maybe you should take a look at Psi-Ops.
Maybe Rent both first if you don´t know,but I personally enjoyed this one more.The sick Storyline alone makes this whole Game worth playing and the rest fits in just perfect.
