One of the best games ever, its absolutely brilliant. The storyline is brilliant and the gameplay is brilliant too.

Second Sight is a absolutely excellant game, the mix of stealth and shooting works brilliantly well constantly making you change your playing style, this is helped by the interweaving storyline. You'll play levels in the past as a soldier in a special force team called Winter-ICE, and part as yourself in the present, you are John Vattic and have woken up in mediacal facility called the Osiris Facility. When you first start you have to escape from the cell, John slowly discovers new powers throughout the game such as the ability to pick people up with his telekinetic power. Although learning these new abilities throughout the game is one of the things that Free Radical shouldn't have done. The story is brilliant and couldn' t be better, this makes you want to play it again, you can also go back and do a level you've unlocked, but you haven't got all your abilities. This is a problem, when you finally get the ability to pick people up you get into a pattern of using that to scare another guard and then while their in panic pick 'em off one by one, so when you go back this is all gone and you have to do it with the abilities you had then.
The game uses the same graphics as the superb 'Timesplitters' games, although they are 'cartoony' they manage to look realistic. The AI in the game isn't the best but they do have cool features like if you pick something up and swing it around with your telekenesis the guards run away, covering themselves and get into a state of panic. Your abilities are really cool, thse include 'Charm' which makes you invisable (aswell as other things), then theres 'Projection' with this you can project yourself and walkthrough lasers and possess people. There are lots and they all help with what you have to do, one really helpful one is 'Heal', all this though makes the game sound like a walk in the park, but there is a meter for your powers so you cant stay invisable forever.
In the end Second Sight is a brilliant game and will challenge you and keep you entertained and everyone should own it, atleast play it.
