Serious Sam was made simply for quick mindless action. There's no challenging puzzles or clever AI to defeat. This is all about grabbing the biggest gun you've got and destroying everything. That's not as easy as it may sound though... everything is a lot! Once you get a little way into the game you'll soon realise that you have about 100 enemies running at you full pelt. These aren't just tiny monsters though; you'll also find 100ft uglies being thrown into the mix.

There's a wide range of environments you'll be blasting your way through, but if you're not careful boredom will set in very easily. Although overall varied, throughout you'll be presented with 8 Egyptian levels in a row, then 8 forestry levels etc. Most of them are pretty clever and make you say "damn, this is sweet!" But only if you play it in small doses!

The game features all the multiplayer stuff you'd expect including co-op, death match and I’d expect a whole host of other stuff.

Buy this if you find it cheap, but don't expect great amounts of reply value
