Shadow of Rome is a really fun game that seems very underappreciated. The game is great and i had lots of fun with it. The blood in this game is off the wall, it is a very gory game that the squimesh should definantly avoid, and i mean it. There is a option to turn off the blood, but that takes away from the gameplay. The graphics in this game are very good, the blood looks great and the weapons look very detailed, the character models are very good and the enviornment looks great. The sound and gameplay are also very solid. You can hear your weapons tearing away at the flesh of your enemies. When you have a weapon in your hand you see a little life bar, normally each weapon lasts for a minute or less before they snape. There are a bunch of combos you can do and alot of enviornmental trps you can use to your adavantage. The story is long and somewhat challenging, but it can be a little boring especally when you arent fighting in your missions. All in all this is a very good game that any mature gamer should pick up.
