Good Game Overall
The game is fun to play, overall, and has enough stealth missions to satisfy a Splintercell fan, as well as fighting missions of all types against gladiators, Gauls and Romans.
The actual controls for fighting are nice and the fact that when you're turned into a gladiator you don't just kill people in the arena, which you do, but you also have missions like storming a castle and breaking statues in a certain amount of time, so that gameplay doesn't get too tedious. The graphics are also good, better than some games and worse than others, but it definately satisfies most gamers. There is also a vast array of weapons, from daggers to huge mases and axes. You can also use your shield as a weapon and steal helmets from felled opponents. There are also a vast amount of traps you can lay on unsespecting enemies which is also good. The fact that there aren't random health packs here and there is also good and substituted by bread and meat and other foods which adds to the realism slighlty. There are also lots of missions to play on which is great as you don't finish the game in a weekend and you get your moneys worth.
All in all this game is fun to play and has a lot of potential and I am looking forward to see if there is going to be a follow up to it.
