Original but somewhat repetitive and short gameplay makes this purely a rent or a buy at a bargain bin.

Now, this is game is very original in that all you do is fight bosses. And it is also very aestheticaly pleasing. Your original concept of this game is that your some cool guy taking down giant monsters like pie. Well your not. You are a guy though but not very cool. Though it shouldnt really matter but to those who expected moving suavly like Dante or Kratos you got another thing coming. The main character you play is very much human. He stumbes, he runs akwardly, and he is very small. I don't know if his horse is just huge or if he is really small. Cuz that'll be one biiiiig horse. But anyways like I said you character is very much human and instead of being the badass monster slayer he is more like the 16 year old boy with monster slaying thrust upon him. Basically the game play goes like this: you get your directions and description from god at a temple where your girlfriend lyes dead... or in a coma, then you go outside use your sword of light to find where the monster is located, ride your horse there, fight, be thinking "how the hell am I supposed to get on top of that thing?", get on top of it by holding on to its fury parts, withstanding the monster shaking and twisting to get you off, balance yourself on a flat part of the monster so you can gain you grip gauge back, crawl down to his tattoed areas stab them, get shaked around like muhammad ali having a seizure, stab stab, shake shake, go to next tattoe, its dead. Then of course you die, which i am thankfull for because u get resurrected at the temple and it would be a female dog if you had to ride your horsey all the way back to the temple only to ride it out again. So overall, it is fun, I think its originallity won people over, but its definitly not thaaat great of a game, its very short, so its at least worth a rent but i cant say i recommend buying it unless its on discount or something.
