When you first see one of the colossus it is simply amazing. The game is in japanese and you dont really know much about the storie except your fighting These things for a loved one, Most likly your sister or girlfriend. The entire game is just a bunch of boss fights but in the end you just dont care and the developers did a VERY good job with the boss's. It sounds great and looks even better. When i turned on my surround sound and the colossus took a step the whole room shook and i felt like i was there. I thought of the colossus as walking jigsaw puzzles, there is always some way to defeat them that is very well thought of. You can tell they took their time with it. Although the game is amazing there are a few turn downs. like for example the game is not very long and once you see a colossus you have pretty much seen them all. And the replay value isnt much cuz after the first time you knwo how to kill them and the awe facter goes away. But i recomend you rent it.
