One of the BEST ps2 games out there.
First off, the game play is unlike any other game, You must search for every enemy spread across a HUGE map, and once you have done that you have to strategically find a way to kill each enemy. and the enemy's are, how should I put this, FREAKING HUGE!
The Graphics are amazing and make the environments look beautiful. you will travel to sand dunes, volcanoes, lush forests, and watery ruins to kill you're opponents. and the environments and enemy's are highly detailed.
The Sound is pretty good, although it is very silent when you're looking for the colossi, all you can hear is the footsteps of you or the horse, and if you stand still it's dead silence. But when you go up against the Colossi, their huge footsteps make huge noise and mini earth quakes!
The story is pretty simple: kill the colossi, save the girl, end of story. But their is a huge twist to it and I was shocked. (I wont spoil it.)
The AI are well, intelligent I guess.
But there's really not much replay value after you have beat it, unless you played it on normal the first way through.
Overall Shadow of The Colossus is a literally Huge accomplishment.
My rating is... *drum roll* 10!!! great visuals, huge AI, and beautiful maps make this a must buy for any ps2 owner.
