it's not for me, i just cant seem to find the fun

i rented this game cause i thought since it got great scores and good comments. but it's just not for me, i cant seem to find the fact that going from colossi to colossi, trying to clamber up there hairy hide's is fun.
sure, the music is great, nice powerful orchestra which really puts you in the mood when you're climbing up the collossus, but then you fall aaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllll the way down and hurt your self and find you have to do a long routine to try and get on it again. Believe me, this gets tedious.
it's only fun in a small burst sometimes, but then you get shaken around until your character loses grip and falls. stabbing the collosus is weirdly gory as when you stab it full force it looks like oil spurting out.
the world is soooooooo dull and boring but scenery is lush and really amazing to look at but thats it. and soon i got bored looking at it, i think the scenery is shadow of the colossus only good point ,unfortunatly though, its like you are the only person left in the whole world and you're just kicking and kicking your horse to go faster and then it slows and it just keeps happening. it alo very quiet in the world there and eventually i just got sick of the quietness.
16 collossus have to be destroyed and im not playing the whole game thats for sure.
