Okay, I was never a big fan (or even a tiny fan ^_^) of the sonic series to begin with but I have playved my share of it enough to know what I like.
I know I didn't like the Sonic Heroes, and from that, I should've learned my lesson and stayed away from this.

The fast-paced nature of sonic, in my opinion, doesn't work that well on 3D because the camera cannot handle it and it cannot keep up.
They can still pull off a really nice looking game on 2D, there's nothing wrong with that, so if they have no idea on how to make it work on 3D, stick with what works.

I do admitt, during the cutscenes, it was quite pretty-ful
