Sega's downfall with the sonic games.

I've been a sonic fan up till the 4kids voices came along since the good Sonic adventure 2 came onto the dreamcast sonic games have been going down hill recently. Sonic heroes was a good game but not entirely perfect the same goes to this title Shadow the hedgehog. You know when I first saw Shadow with a pistol in the trailers I was like "Oh my god sega's really missed up here." To me this game is a joke to the sonic series I mean Shadow using Guns driving vehicles just like in the grand theft auto titles and saying the word: Damn all the time. This isn't what I wanted from sega and in a Sonic game. So the games about Shadow's past since Shadow had amesia in Sonic heroes and he's trying to recover his past and it involes the black arms and Black Doom their leader he along with the blackarms are aliens from outerspace and they live on this black comet. And when I played it didn't feel like a sonic game because your treated to annoying controls that make you skate side to side. And the camera's is horrid making you even not see where you are and you may sometimes get killed because of that.
Now onto to the music there some good pieces of music but the rest just sound too generic because most of the opening and closing songs are rock songs there are afew that I like but the music is so-so at times. This is the first sonic game that we have the awful 4kids voices something that's not welcome to us Sonic fans but they still stick around in recent games today.
My final thoughts on this game is that it was 4kids idea for a sonic character to wield guns in a sonic games and that was not sega's decision
what was worse they had to put the 4kids voices in the game. Overall Shadow the hedgehog is an okay game it's not a terrible game but not a good game either so that's all I have to say about this game.
