Mind Blowing!

First, lets get the obvious out of the way, yes it NEEDS DirectX 10 or higher to run, and it is pretty stressing on hardware, but as long as you have a decent(i.e. not a HD 3650 or an 8600 GT) DX10 card you will be fine. From a graphical standpoint this game is impressive, seeing as it's made by a Futuremark team I wouldn't expect anything less, smooth shadows, realistic use of HDR and bloom, and sharp looking landscapes are the highlights of its graphical prowess. Sound design is interesting too, as there is no sound in space, the suits simulate the sound around you, and it is very ambient to say the least, really feels like you're in space. As far as content is concerned, it is severely lacking with only a few maps and a couple game modes, as well as on main weapon with 4 different nades to launch out of it. However the game is still fun, because the main attraction is the absolute freedom of movement, float around, roll and latch to a surface if you wanna snipe. The possibilities are nearly endless, despite a lack of content the core gameplay is phenomenal, and that is all that really matters in a game to me. Doesn't hurt that I got it for free from a Sapphire promotion either, haha. I highly recommend this game to anyone in search of something new. Oh and I almost forgot, this game lacks any sort of single player gameplay, while a great single player campaign could be made from this great idea, the multiplayer is more than sufficient.
