One of the best games EVER made.
Graphics- The graphics are amazing. By far one of Dreamcast's most graphical games EVER. I personally think it's better than some of the newer system's graphics. They are good but at times they can be a little iffy. But overall the graphics are fantastic.
Sound- You can talk to so many people in this game, mostly everyone has a different voice making the voice overs very good! However, some of the voices can be tad repetitive and sometimes not very well acted out, but for the most part they are great. Plus the soundtrack is AMAZING! The songs were very well selected.
Value- There is so much to do in this game you won't ever get bored of it, gauranteed. I love the environments, I think that's one of my favorite parts of the game. You can complete your objectives and still find other things to do in the meantime.
Gameplay- You can do sooo many things in this game. This sounds cliched by now but it's true. That's why this game is so fun. You have so much freedom. Buying things, winning things, playing arcade games, getting in street fights, making phone calls. It is very, very fun.
Overall- Overall this game is outstanding, supurb, excellent, amazing, astoning, etc. A must have for anyone. I think anyone would be able to find amusement from this game.
