I think this series addition is very interesting once you get into it a few hours, the ability to have tons of entities in motion all at once is great even though the game is showing it can bogg the aged PS2. The story is some what mediocre but the game play is addictive and fun. I think the new shining force incarnate is cool, I hope sega decides to tie in the past series games a little better though, thats one of the neat things about the shining force games is there little connections between the series. It has all the great attributes of a hack n slash but the way it feeels like a RPG system is great, I personally hope the next shining force will digg back into its roots a bit more but it definatly is a great addition. And change is expected since the original art designer is no longer a part of the series.
