Webzen, the current game publisher has out of the blue announce that ALL players from ROC - South Korea will be banned from accessing their characters, some of which are 20+ years in the making and deleting them in due course.
Many Korean users and their friends have asked for leniency, compensation and/or valid reasons why this unethical business practice is applied but to no avail. So far every D&Q has been dismissed as "none of your business"or to some more persistent friends/users "sort off" in so many words.
Fair online gaming costumer services and business ethics are more and more ignored by Webzen, so don't bother joining them until they up their game!
