If you have liked/ like wrestling, this game is a treat for you

Showdown is the third in the legends of wrestling game in the series, and if you take out the fact that, last game had an ace soundtrack, and this series it aint so good, it is a pretty good game:

GRAPHICS~ Really nice, unlike THQ's Smackdown series, it is very, very simple to make your created wrestlers look different from one-another.
The wrestlers are all chunky and look really believable, and all have multiple costumes.

GAMEPLAY~ The Moves are all there, combos are easy, its all fast moving stuff, and its really cool to be pulling off the big moves and stuff without any fuss.

SOUND~Although it does introduce the game with "metal health", the rest of the songs on it are... well poor.

LIFESPAN/ LENGTH~ Creating your wrestlers will suck up 95% of your life for about a year, if you can be bothered, theres a pretty short career mode, and a challenge-style mode, where you replay classic matches, your way!


If you liked wrestling years ago, this will be an absolubte treat for you, if you like wrestling now, you will need to be a hardcore wrestling fan to enjoy this game, but if you have fairly-recently gone off wrestling(like me), this will be a cool game for you.
