The big green fightin machine returns in this game based on the award winning animated DreamWorks film Shrek 2. I didn't like the movie much, but the game is as solid as a rock. You may get tired of beating up people, collecting fairies and collecting slug eyeballs, but that's okay, because in this game you have to do a lot but the second chapter (the game is organized like a book) is very hard. Even though I beat it. Sometimes you get to cross bridges, or breathe fire, or ride a dragon, or do something like a dance dance revolution thing with the buttons. At one time you get to attack Puss and Boots until he joins you. Sometimes you get to throw apples. The selection of characters is good because it has just about everyone featured in the movie --- Shrek, Fiona, Donkey, The Gingerbread Man, Puss in Boots, Little Red Riding Hood, even the Big Bad Wolf! I like this game, but some things are to work on.
