Good game, decent graphics, great strategy! Decent varriation in units. I wish there was more dependancy on culture 9/10

This is a great game. One of my favourites. This is the kind of game that keeps PC games on the chart. Yet it isn't perfect there are some flaws. For example the turn based strategy base portion of the game can add some boredom to the game. But this enhances the strategy portion of the game and the ablilty to think things through before putting it to the test. Although I still wish that some portion of this game had something that had to quickly been thought through. Possibly just a game mode. Another thing that would be an improvement would be culture and other forms of victory, be leveled with combat. Combat seems to be the domanating factor of this game. With culture being squeezed in in between wars in effort to try and get out of a depression. Culture, Diplomacy, etc. needs more balance, more power then it does now. All in all a great game. That everyone should try out. If you end up not liking the turn base part try Age Of Mytholagy for Medievel ages, and Age of Empires for the 1700-1900's. All of these games are fun, addicitve, and very well created!
