It is like the board game RISK mutated and then put on steroids! This game rocks!
This game reminds me of a super decked out RISK. It is a turn based strategy game, that requires time, patience and thought. It is super for playing multi-player from one laptop or many or just playing by yourself.

For a strategy game, Civilization V Game of the Year Edition has pretty sweet graphics.
Video graphic wise I am pretty sure they use real actors, but if those aren't real people actors than those are the best graphics EVER!
Just image wise, the game has picturesque almost water painting like images for loading screens, and clear prestine images for the menue and wonder finished pop-ups.
MUSIC: ???
I have to admit I am not the best judge of music, for me I find it most distracting and often turn it off. Only games that have SUPERB sound tracks at the beginning that I don't find distracting that I don't turn it off.
GAME PLAY: 8
There are a few bugs every now and then playing the game when moving, or trying to move the map or just during the game.
But for the most part it is smooth.
Aside from the bugs, Civ V GOTY like the ones before it has multiple types of vyctory and advisors that give you none annoying advice the entire game. There are games with pop-ups or annoying voices and characters but the advisors give you their wisdom without interrupting what you are doing.
RE-PLAY VALUE: 8.5
This game is awesome and addictive for those who have patience and don't mind waiting a while in between being in control of the play.
